Terms and Conditions

For Contractors

All prices are subject to change at any time. All discounted items are final sale.

All invoice payments are due within 30 days of issue. All unpaid invoices are subject to a (5%?) interest fee per each additional month unpaid after the due date.

While we do our best to maintain an accurate inventory at all times, our nursery stock is subject to change daily. We recommend phoning ahead of time to confirm inventory counts if you require specific materials. We do not offer holds on any of our unpaid plant stock. For paid stock, see our holds policy below.

All return items must include the original receipt and are subject to the warranty policy. 

Replacements or refunds are offered with the following steps completed. Bow Point Nursery will offer qualifying customers with a suitable replacement depending on nursery stock at the time of request. If this cannot be provided, a refund will be issued. The thing to tease out here would be our process. For example: to inquire about a refund or replacement please complete the following: send an email to info@bowpointnursery.com with an attached photograph of the plant or tree you wish to have replaced/refunded. In your email please include the following information: date of purchase, planting and care processes used, whether you are seeking a refund or replacement. Bow Point Nursery will contact you within _7? Days to discuss the details of your refund or replacement. **Do we want to mention something like….do not bring your plant back to the nursery….. The point being I had this issue last season with people not being clear that we need a photo etc to decide whats up with the plant before we can issue anything. We might also want to mention that we DO NOT offer in home assessments and that it is up to the customer to provide the above mentioned information for our consideration before we do anything!

All items remain the property of Bow Point Nursery until paid in full. Bow Point Nursery will hold items for up to a maximum of ___ weeks. Each additional month thereafter will incur a $20 fee per held item.

Bow Point Nursery offers no warranty or guarantees on any stock that is purchased on sale or discount. Bow Point Nursery offers a maximum one year warranty on all nursery grown, Native plant stock that is regularly priced. This policy does not cover plant stock that is lost due to: extreme inclement weather, improper planting practices or care, poor watering practices, animal interference (?) This policy also does not cover any plants that have lost limbs or branches due to die back or required pruning. Bow Point Nursery does not guarantee or warranty any perennial materials. Bow Point Nurseries warranty policy does not cover delivery or planting services.

Delivery services are offered by Bow Point Nursery at an additional fee. Prices for delivery are based on _____ (i.e. number of materials to be delivered) and no more than ___1?___ hour or delivery time (or based on where you live in the city??) Deliveries are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Any changes to delivery schedules will be communicated to the customer no later than (48 hours?) prior to delivery. Any changes to the desired delivery date and time will be communicated to Bow Point Nursery no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery. Failure to do so may result in a secondary delivery fee.

Products are offered on a wholesale basis to qualifying contractors and landscape companies. Wholesale accounts are subject to all of the above terms and conditions. Any requests for refunds or replacements must be made within ___7-14?___ days of purchase. ?Delivery services are offered at a discounted price for all wholesale orders and are subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions?
